We have employees who have moved to a salary but still have a multi set up with another hotel / department with an hourly rate.
Should we remove them so that our predicted rota costs are correct ?

Hi Sharon,
If you make a change to an employee's Main Employment pay type, then we would always suggest that you review their Multiple Employment records as well. There may be occasions where you wish these to remain as an hourly rate for example, however if you want it to change to be a salaried role as well, then we would suggest that you enter an end date for that role and then create a new one with the new pay type selected.
