Hi. Can you please advise the best article in the community hub that shows how to add notes/comments to rotas so that it shows on the T&A report e.g. employee at a doctor’s apt?

It is the T&A detail report on the Rotas module.

Thank you for clarifying.

Unfortunately these comments cannot be added to the T&A detail report. This report was not designed to include this information.

 

If it is recorded as a comment, you can run the Employee Comments report in HR (HR > Reports > View Reports > Employee Comments > Select location > Run as a txt.csv file) and this will display the comments once filtered for that date range.
