(Adaco) Is there a report to track PR that have been "Returned" back to the user?

Under the Purchasing - Create POs from Requisition, th​ere is an option to send back or return a requisition to the requestor. Is there a way to generate a report to track these returned requisitions? a report that we can select by user name (both requestor and user that clicked "return") and date range?

Thank you for your enquiring about this particular within the Adaco solution. Unfortunately there is no report which will highlight / showcase this information. Instead the requester can be notified via e-mail if required so they are made aware that the requisition has been returned with comments (if commented by the returner) to them.
