Hi guys, I've received a question I am unsure how to answer. We have a colleague who is clocking in but it is not being recognised. The employee number is 15887. Many thanks for your help in advance

It is possible that the quality of the scan was not above 80% and therefore the machine cannot read the finger print.

Cuts and Greasy hands can also affect the ability for the machine to read the finger print.

You can try to re register them using a different finger.

If this does not resolve the issue please raise a technical case.
