    Hi Angelo,

    Thank you for your reply.

I have changed the setting but my average hours/days remained the same as when I was on 26 weeks.

Do you think I should wait couple of hours?

    Thank you

    Regards,

    Eleonora

    Hi Elenora,

    Thanks for your questions,

{@005D000000AMyihIAD} Yes the average hours in custom reports will give average hour/days, though changing the average calculation to 52 weeks now won't update straight away as its an overnight job.

The recommendation to use the Employees Hours Worked export (Rota module > Reports > Exports) pull for 52 weeks and calculate the correct average in excel.

More information on the holiday calculation change can be found here: https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Release-Note-52-Week-Holiday-Calculation

Hi Eleonora, yes it will. Then run an hr custom report for current employees with holiday rate and average days/week. This will give you the weekly salary equivalent of an hourly paid employee, to be reduced to 80% for furlough payment.

    thanks
