On LP, I approve a rota up to 6 days ahead of the week starting. If a site chooses to re-forecast (Weather or new hires etc.) after I have approved and locked in is there any way I can re-approve or see an updated/Original forecast at all?

In short the answer is yes. There is a report available which will allow a user to view the approved forecast sales and labour spend figures compared against the actuals when they closed at the end of each day.

 

The Weekly Overview Report will show exactly what you are looking for and below is a link which you can follow to view how this report is run.

The article may describe from a Rota module perspective, however the report can be accessed in the Labour Productivity module using the Reports drop-down at the top of the page (just under the module drop-down)
