if the purchase requests they are not processed in the current month, they are canceled and must be re-created

Hi @Rachid Moustaghfir ,
Thanks for your query - We're just a little unclear on what you're asking?
If a purchase requisition is not processed within a current month/period, it is not cancelled and will remain in the log ready to be processed. The user will receive a warning message if they try to process a requisition where the delivery date has passed. On the process screen, the user can change the delivery date.

When we change the date we must change the price or vendor of quoted items
When you click yes, the approval is canceled, all approved routing is canceled
Hi {@005D000000AK028IAD},
You are correct - this is expected behaviour in Adaco, any changes made to a Requisition which is currently on a route, will trigger the cancellation of the route. The reason for this is that the initial requisition has been sent on a route for a user to approve/final approve a certain total price and quantity, if changes are then made, the users who approve/final approve will not be approving/final approving the changes.
When changing the delivery date on a Requisition, this will also trigger a cancellation of any route currently on that Requisition. Because of the quoted price, quotes work on a daily basis and Adaco looks for the quoted price of the products in the Requisition based on the delivery date that has been selected. If you change the delivery date on a Requisition that is on a route, Adaco will prompt you with a warning - this is because Adaco has to look again for a valid quote price of the products on the new delivery date selected as it may be different to the original delivery date quoted prices.
For example if there is a Requisition for a delivery date of 26/10/2017, all the products in that Requisition will pull a quoted price with effective date 26/10/2017, if I then change the date to 30/10/2017, Adaco looks for a quote for the products in that Requisition with an effective date of 30/10/2017, if there are none then Adaco will change the quoted price to either the lowest price from the vendor linked to the products or the last purchased price.
To summarise, if a Requisition did not get converted into a Purchase Order in time and you wish to change the delivery date on the Requisition - the products in that Requisition may have their prices changed as there may be a new quoted price for the new delivery date that has been selected. Any Requisition currently on a route and has changes made, will cancel the route and will need to be re-routed.
I hope this helps to answer your query!
Best,
Pritesh
