Hi
One of our Manager is concerned that staff can log into Fourth, Hr & Payroll and be able to see the revenue and wage cost details showing at the top of the screen (above the rota detail).
I have advised that they would not be able to see any details of staff on the same level or those above?
But I am assuming they would see an overall department wage cost on the front screen?
Can you advise if the information on this screen can be restricted?

Hi Sharon,
Please be advised if the above staff is on 'Emlployee Level' then , they should not have access to Revenue & Wage Cost screen. The default access will allow an employee only to see ones own hours on the approved rotas.
And if the staff is on higher access level, then rota access template have a permissions called View Summary and it can be set to 'With Subordinate Currency' as dispalyed below.
