Hi @Sharon Harkins​,

 

The trigger to publish shifts to the My Rotas page of the App is the change of status of the Rota from New to Approved

 

Once the Rotas has been approved, any amendments to shifts, holidays and absences will be published automatically to My Rotas.

 

There is also a reminder within My Rotas that shift times may be subject to change, so the onus will be on the staff to check regularly.
