Can you confirm if the employees rota on their Fourth App is constantly updated?
An example would be if the original rota published the week before had a person working on the Wed, but on the Monday of that week this was changed to a Thursday, would the updated shift change show on the app.
Also, if a holiday is added after the rota week had started, will the holiday show on the App
We are trying to push back on the staff to take responsibility for checking that they are showing on the rota properly and all holidays they have asked for are authorised ... I need to ensure that the APP will show the most update info before we can move in that direction

Hi @Sharon Harkins,
The trigger to publish shifts to the My Rotas page of the App is the change of status of the Rota from New to Approved.
Once the Rotas has been approved, any amendments to shifts, holidays and absences will be published automatically to My Rotas.
There is also a reminder within My Rotas that shift times may be subject to change, so the onus will be on the staff to check regularly.
