Hello, I just want to find out how do I record on Fourth that a member of staff is suspended but with a full pay?

Select the HR record for the suspended employee in the HR module. Click on the Employee HR Info menu and then select Suspensions.
Create and fill out the suspension record. Once this is done please let your payroll department to manually add the suspension pay. This function in HR does not create suspension pay automatically.
You may have to ask your administrator to give you access to this function (if you do not have it already).
