I have enabled the HR employees so that they can now maintain the Live-In Flag, From and To date for all employees
HR Module > Company Admin > Access Level Hierarchy > HR (Access Level) > HR Module Administrator – Edit > Ability to edit live in deductions
We have entered Live-In information for 3 employees in the HR Module under Personal Details.
We can report on the Live In Flag but have not found a way of returning the Date From and Date To.
We are maintaining our Live In info in a spreadsheet and would like to enter that data and report on it from Fourth. We need to enter more data and would like to report on data entered.

I believe these dates are used by the Benefits module that customers do not have access to.
It may be possible to give the customer access to 'Accommodation' only so that they can report on the dates, but we would need to test if this is possible.
There are no other reports in HR that has the dates. An employees start date and termination date may be an indication but will not always be the case.
