Is there a way of seeing the percentage value of each ingredient making up a recipe in Starchef / RME or can an export be built to show this?

  Yes, when adding Ingredients to a Recipe in RME, the last column on the right will show the % cost of each ingredient or batch with the recipe.

  Hi Paul, thanks for response. Sorry I meant %age contribution / weight of individual ingredient towards the total recipe which would be 100%.

  Assuming it is very complex trying to establish weights of liquids / solids but maybe there is a way for a customer to build a report from the API?

  Hi @Tobias Collison​ 

  Possibly. You would need to speak to the team. They would need to factor in different UOMs, so not sure what they would decide to include or ommit, but the values will be present on the API. Fourth Connect will be better at answering that.

  I imagine it is very complex though, hence why there is currently no report present on the system for this
