Hello
you can create an hr>report>custom report for this. Select "holiday" when you create a template and then the boxes for name, surname, holiday day rate, average hours and average days - these are calculated according to the hr>administration>global settings>edit default hol settings>holiday calculations - the options being 12, 26 and 52 weeks.
Hello @Sharon Harkins
Thank you for your question.
What Angelo has said above is correct.
A customised report is going to be the best way to return this data however only contains current employees.
HR > Reports > Customised Reports > Select "Holiday Data" when you create a template and then the following items for:
- Name
- Surname
- Holiday Day Rate
- Average Hours
- Average Days
These are calculated according to the Holiday Global Setting: HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Hol settings > Holiday Calculations - the options being 12, 26 and 52 weeks. However please note the PAY is based on 12 weeks if you are set to 26 weeks.
Thansk,

Hello. I have run this report but I am not sure it provides the figures we need, to work out the average earnings in the tax year 19/20. Also, we need to pay the highest of this average OR same month last year (March 19 and April19). How do we get these reports to compare?
