The Rotas from over 2 years ago seem to have disappeared. We would like to check some Christmas rotas in the past. Is there any way we can revisit the information? Thanks Val

Fourth is vigilant in protecting our customer's data as well as optimising our solutions for the best user experience. We do maintain historical data in line with our data retention policy (see www.fourth.com/agreements).

 

However, to optimise usage experiences we may put data older than two years into secondary tables within a customer's database. This data is still protected, and accessible by simply requesting it from our Customer Support team.
