Error message when entering an expense report into Adaco

​I tried to enter an expense report into Adaco, and I was prompted with an error message to contact system administrator, and I was deferred to fourth community to assit.   Please see attached image of error message. Thank you.

After liaising with our solution experts, and due to the nature of this query being around an 'error message', we believe that this is more suited to be raised as a technical case.

In order to raise a technical case you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the drop down options.
