We would like a salary changes report.

Great question thank you. Unfortunately there are no return fields to search for salary changes using Customised reports.

There is however alternative report 'Employee history report' which can be exported into excel. The 'Employee history report' report is access driven so please ensure access is granted to run the report.

HR > Reports > Employee history report.

Please note this report can only be run for a date range no greater than 12 months. This report will display salary or hourly rate changes, the date of change, the effective date selected for the change and the person who applied the change.

When running the 'Employee history report' please ensure to select 'Salary' under the 'Filter by field' to gain Salary changes over a 12 month period. To obtain information for another period simply update the date ranges.

Please use the 'Shift/Hourly Rate' under the 'Filter by field' to obtain all hourly changes over a 12 month period.

Has there been a development on this? As a preparation for appraisals and reviews, it would be very helpful to have a report that indicates when the salary was last updated.

Thank you for this question. You can get this information by going to HR > Reports > Exports> Employee Audit.

When you have downloaded the export you can filter the results on 'Field Changed' - see below example from a demo.
