Rehired Employee- Continuous Start Date

We have an employee on the system that was rehired a couple of years ago within a few days of her previous employment with us ending. She should have actually never been terminated.   I’m going to override her continuous service date to what it should have been in 2013 instead of 2016. Before I do, is there anything else I should be aware of that this could impact? @Sophie Hempstead​

Hi @Sophie Hempstead​ , You may not be able to amend the employees start date back.

 

If you have the Continuous service Field turn on on your portal you can record the employees original start date but this is only a reporting field and will not impact any other part of the system.

If you require the continuous service please contact your CSM.
