Hi   Can you confirm , do we need to remove all Week 1 / Month 1 tax codes for the new Tax Year ??

The answer is no.

 

When your portal is rolled forward into the new tax year, it will "renew" the tax codes and will remove the w1/m1 flag for anyone who has one. Usually the tax codes will be uplifted, but the tax free allowance is not changing this year and it follows that the tax codes won't change.
