Why has an employee stopped appearing on the Rota?

Thanks for your great question.

 

Firstly, I would recommend checking if this employee has had any changes to their employment record, such as a change in job title, division or location, as this can sometimes cause them to no longer be visible.

 

It is very easy to resolve this, simply go to the Rota page, and above the rota analysis, there is a quick link that is called 'Add Employee'. Click on that, and hopefully you'll find the employee you're missing. If they are there, click on their record and they will reappear on the rota.
