Please be aware that the Release Date for the following release has been brought forward by 1 day. It will now be released on the 1st February 2018 (formerly 2nd February 2018).
Release Note for HR module: Ability to Hide Inactive Job Titles
What's Changing?
The introduction of new functionality within the HR module to allow Job Titles to be set as inactive.
Release Date 1st February 2018
Reason for the Change
The change will make it easier and give a more effective way to handle job titles specifically around TUPEs and phasing out older job titles.

It would be good if this could be added to divisions as well. We recently standardised the divisions on our portal which are now obsolete so it would great to be able to hide them. Thanks

Thanks for your idea - I passed it onto our Product Decision Team! 😊
I heard a tip that you could prefix the unused divisions with 'ZZ', which would drop them down the alphabetical list of divisions and essentially out of the way of the current ones, if that helps in the meantime?
