Hi   Is there anyway we can easily identify costs that are associated with Training   We do have training shift as am option but not sure how I can convert that to the a cost each week ...

Hi @Sharon Harkins​ 

The Shift List report in Rotas will show if the Training Shift has been used.

You will need to run a custom report with employee number and pay rate to VLOOK up with the shift list which will have the number of hours in the shift and the break minutes.

Another way is to create a division called Training in each location.

All employees will need to be multiply employed when 'In Training' but the cost of the division will calculate based on the hours scheduled.
