Release Note: Labour Productivity - Early Submission of Schedule to Payroll   What's Changing? New functionality to allow customers to submit schedules to payroll early, for days which are yet to be completed.   Release Date Already deployed.   Reason for the Change To introduce a way of submitting schedules to payroll earlier than usual to allow for the changes in scheduling behaviours over the holiday seasons, and Christmas in particular where payroll is submitted earlier to ensure all staff are paid on time, taking into effect bank holidays.     If you have any questions on this, please comment below.   Best, Paul Fourth

Are users then able to complete the days at a later date/during the next payrun with the adjustment automatically adding to Payroll?

Thanks @Debbie Thomas​ , we were able to do this last Christmas so perhaps not the release I was expecting.

Hi @Megan King​ 

The days need to be completed to enable the rota to be submitted to payroll.

This release will enable you to complete days in the future and submit the rota before the end of the week to go into the current payrun.

You will need to manually adjust the following payrun if employees have been over or under paid.
