When we P45 it will show Holiday Pay Due and it would be logical that this amount would filter through into wage but it does not ?

Thank you for this great question.

Depending on individual settings on the portal you can have the final holiday pay set up in a few different ways but if you have either of the two settings enabled below the payment will not feed through to payroll:

 

  1. Do not pay final holiday pay - (Does not pay)
  2. Ask user whether to pay holiday automatically - (Must select "OK" otherwise it will not send to payroll if "cancel" is selected.)
