WFM Release Note: Payment of CSP After a Contract Change  

What's Changing?

The point an employee is paid Company Sick Pay (CSP) or not after a contract change. All absences entitled to CSP falling after a contract change will be paid, and any absences falling into an old contract not entitled to CSP will not get paid for those absence days.  

Release Date: 28th February 2019.  

Reason for the Change

Currently if an employee moves from a contract that does not pay CSP to a contract that does pay CSP, the system will calculate CSP for any absences that would have been entitled to CSP before the date of the contract change based on the CSP rules of the new contract.

Can i confirm that this release note is not applicable for those on Absence V1 and only those on Absence V2? @Keely Dobinson​

With Absence v1 the system does not automatically pay CSP so although the above will be available functionality to customers on V1 the system will not automatically pay anything.
