P2P&I Release Note: Inventory - Delete Invoices  

What’s Changing?   

Introduction of the ability for a user to delete Invoices on the Inventory UI.  - This is controlled by a user permission which must be switched on by Fourth.  

Release Date: 12th March 2019  

Reason for the Change

Currently, a case needs to be raised for a Fourth representative to delete Invoices. This change allows users to self-manage deleting Invoices, for example, Invoices that are duplicates or raised by accident.   Full details are in the linked article.

Question - can a second new / correct invoice then be attached?

Yes, if manual invoices are recorded for the supplier, and the original threaded invoice is deleted, a new/corrected invoice can be applied from the goods received note.
