The prevent duplicate email addresses is an excellent introduction, especially as an indicator for modern slavery and exploitation. There is a blueprint available with a number of indicators, which could show a member of staff being exploited (no personal bank account, shared address with multiple people), one we hadn't considered was a unique personal email address. At some stage, it could be useful for Fourth to have an alert if a duplicate home address is added. Access to the blueprint is open and available here: http://www.shivafoundation.org.uk/blueprint/#1534166149832-4bff65a2-ac9c
