Is there going to be an update relating to Settled Status for EU nationals? We want to be able to log if an employee has the status or not so that we can track it.

Proof of Eligibility is managed by the Customer.

Customers will need to create a new Proof of Eligibility (if they require) and assign the relevant nationalities.

Then ensure the employees record is updated with the correct status.

They will also need to update any existing Proof of Eligibility to remove any nationalities that may not be applicable to existing POE.
