Release date for both is 26th September 2019

 

WFM Release Note - Auto-Create Lieu Days

 

What’s Changing?

For the system to auto-create lieu days when an employee works more days then they are contracted to.

 

Reason for the Change

Currently lieu days have to be manually created by users when an employee works over their normal working pattern. This change will remove this burden.

 

WFM Release Note - Factor Y and Factor Z

 

What’s Changing?

New ability to assign two extra accrual values in the wage function settings – “Factor Y” and “Factor Z” - alongside the existing Factor X functionality.

 

Reason for the Change

Having one accrual factor isn’t always enough for accounting purposes to cover all the costs to a business. The introduction of two further accrual factors will allow for more accurate cost reporting.

  ​Hello

  I can’t see a full release note so I am unsure whether this is a global setting or will be applied to all. We don’t want a lieu day to be automatically created so I wanted to ensure that the global setting default to No.

   

  I hope that makes sense!
