  We are all waiting for practical details to come through from the Government. It is advised at this stage to create a custom hr report for holiday rate and average days/week for all current employees, to be run before April 6th when the 12-26 week average used for holiday calculations will change to 52 weeks due to the new holiday legislation coming into effect.
