Is there a quick report you can run to calculate the average hours worked by employees that are hourly paid for the last 12 months?

  Hi @Kate Castellani​ ,

   

  You can run a custom report in HR > Reports > Customised Reports > Report Group = Holiday. From here you can return Average Days and Average Hours as past of the queried data. These averages will be based on the Calculation of average number of days worked based on 52, 26 or 12 weeks Settings in HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Holiday Settings > Holiday Calculations.

   

  The other way to do this would be to run a ForecastVsActualVsPaidHours-Week Export in Rotas > Reports > Exports. You can define the time-period and calculate averages from there.
