Purchasing & Inventory: Is anyone else experiencing changes with guides, purchasing and inventory accounts?

Many thanks for your query.  What types of changes are you experiencing?

 

Typically when using "gl accounts" and "outlet accounts" under Property Administration-->Inventory the only accounts that can be used by an outlet are those that are assigned under Property-->Set Up-->Accounting-->Outlet Accounts.

 

Any changes to guide sequence or accounts used would generally only be done by an end user who had access to guides, or via a requisition or purchase order for a product that was posted to that outlet for the first time.​

 

If you are able to advise on what types of changes you are seeing I can then assist further as needed!
