I went on the Company Administration > Job Titles Table to see what has been put in as FTE Working Hours under the holiday calculation section. We have salaried FT job titles set up as 40/45/48 hrs and some job titles don’t have any hrs put in. Is it something we should amend? Will it have any impact on how furlough gets calculated?

This is a really valid question, thank you.
So for full time employees it will look at the contracted hours and if they are not entered will look at the FTE Hours in the employee record, if overridden. If these aren't entered it will look in the Job Title FTE Hours. If these are also not entered this will then show 0, which you can manually update.
It would make sense to update the FTE Hours anyway to allow for accurate holiday calculations.
