Hi Kate,
By 'furlough calculator' I think you are referring to the weekly contracted or average hours for the employees. As mentioned in our product update this afternoon, one of the next things we are working on is an export to allow reporting on the furlough status and the hours will be used to help you calculate values for payroll.
The product update is here: https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Coronavirus-Job-Retention-Scheme-Furloughed-Employees
Many thanks,
Sophie

Thanks for your help so far.
Do you know if we can go by the furlough calculator? What are the next steps once saved?

Hi Kate,
the contracted hours picks up the value that has been entered in the employee's employment details page. The holiday page calculates based on the average of the 12(usually) or 26 weeks processed in the rota, so it's the actual pattern of work the employee has worked. As of April 6th, or even before if the holiday calculation setting is changed manually (hr>admin>global settings>edit default hol settings>holiday calculations) to 52 weeks, the holiday page will recalculate overnight based on the new settings of 52 weeks, which is what is requested for furlough payment calculations. An hr custom report can be built that gives holiday day rate and average days/week based on this setting, so by multiplying the 2 you get the weekly equivalent salary of an hourly paid employee based on the last 52 weeks. 80% of it is the furlough weekly pay to be compared with the 80% of pay of the same period of last year (for employees whose length of service is above a year)- furlough payment can be the higher of the 2, capped to £2500 monthly.
I hope this helps clarifying.
Angelo
