Hi, is there a way that I can add an employee to Fourth HR without inputting a rate of pay? The employee is paid by their education provider, however I'd like to add them to Fourth for rota purposes. Thanks!

Hi @Sky Lennox-Kerr​  In the global settings you can turn off the 'Pay field to be Mandatory' while you create the employee. I would recommend turning it back on once you have created the employee to ensure all other employees are created with a pay rate.

HR > Administration > Global Settings > Edit Default Employee Settings
