Absolutely! You have a couple of options. The first is the Employee History Report which can be found in HR>Reports>Employee History Report> This can be run for all employees within a year date range.

 

If you need to increase the date range you can run a custom report.

 

I have included a link which explains the process for creating custom Reports in the Pension Module, but the principle is the same.

 

 I would suggest creating the custom report from the HR module- selecting the Employee Details Report from the drop down options, and including the fields from the Employee Details Forename, Surname, and Working Time Directive Opt Out. From the Employee Work Details page you could also select Employee Number to return, Start Date and Job Title if they would be beneficial. You could set the condition to greater than or less than for the start date if you want a particular date range. Be sure to select and set the Status condition to =. This ensures you can run the report for current employees only. Otherwise the Report will look at ALL employees within the portal. Feel free to add an other additional fields that may be of use.
