Please see below an update regarding Covid-19:

Fourth has business continuity plans which are reviewed regularly with control owners and subject to an annual test to ensure their effectiveness. Fourth’s Head of Security and Compliance, as chair of the Business Continuity Management Team, is currently monitoring the situation, and guidance is being issued to staff as the situation develops.

In the event that Fourth has to invoke its business continuity plan, this would be done via pre-agreed communication chains and through the global announcement function of the Fourth Engage tool. This would trigger the agreed epidemic plans.

Both the plan and its testing are examined by an independent auditor as part of Fourth’s annual SOC audit, which found them to be effective without exception. We would be happy to send over a copy of this report at your request.
