Two Labour Productivty releases were first made back in November 2019. Some small changes have been made - see details below. The release date for both of these is 25th March 2020   WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Open Shifts in Schedule by Demand Graph What's Changing? A new column will be added to the Rota Approval Report, called 'Open Shift Hours'. This will display the sum of passive and non-passive open shifts for Departments/Locations.   WFM Release Note - Labour Productivity: Assign Costs to Open Shifts What's Changing?
