How can I pull a report that shows all monthly payment types per employee across all companies not per pay basis?

Hi @Oliver Stockdale,
The reports will pull by Pay Basis in Payroll. There is an export that you can filter by company and will bring up all the payment types but will require a pay basis, (Payroll Payments by Pay basis).
The best work around is to run this for each company but keep the report open and each time you run the report just open up a new tab. The information can now be merged.
I hope that helps!

Thanks Cris, I managed to create a custom report which gave me all the info in one spreadsheet.
No problem, @Oliver Stockdale! Glad you found a way!

@Oliver Stockdale would you be happy to share how you created the report? I am trying to do the same but keep coming up blank!

@Oliver Stockdale thank you! I will give it a go :)
Hello, yes of course.
Payroll Module > Customised Reports > Search 'Payroll Summary' > With the 'Paylsip' drop down ensure 'Additions' is ticked.
When running the report it will show all additions paid on the most recent closed pay run i.e. incentives, gratuities, car allowance, PILON etc.
Greet to see you helping us in the Community vision @Oliver Stockdale !
