    Hi Alison,

It was more just for clarity on calculating for an employee who had started towards the latter part of the year and not a full year I was looking for - not to worry I will try to figure it out

    Hi @Anne Wrigley

The Average Pay article calculation can be found using this link. https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Average-Pay-Calculation

The calculation is the same for all employees who are paid by the rota, regardless of whether they are full time, part time, flexible or casual.

    Kind Regards

    Hi @Anne Wrigley

Ok, that's not a problem. The number of days from start date and the 29th Feb are used. Let's say that's 94 days.

    The calculation would be:

    366/94 = 3.89

total basic pay paid from start date to 29th feb x 3.89 = gives an 'annual average'

annual average / pay period = period average.

if the basic gross paid was £5000 the calculation would be £5000 x 3.89 = £19,468.09 annual average.

    I hope this makes sense?

    Kind Regards

    Alison
