Release date for both is 12th March 2020.

What’s Changing?

The Sensitive Information lists have been updated to include additional fields for both Ethnic Origin and Sexual Orientation.

Reason for the Change

To give employees a more inclusive range of choices when entering sensitive information in the system.

What’s Changing?

Additional functionality to calculate Class 1a National Insurance on termination payments exceeding £30,000.

Reason for Change

In April 2020, new rules about calculating Class 1A National Insurance on Termination Payments come into force.
