How do you delete a duplicate double entry of an employee?

Hi @Alexandra Richardson​ You cannot delete a duplicate employee, you will need to terminate them.

Our standard termination reasons include 'On the system twice'. This is usually set to not include the employee in the turnover statistics.

You can check that this is the case in

HR > Administration > Termination reasons > Select the reason > Ensure Exclude from Turnover is set to yes.
