Hi   I have set up a calculated payment type for furlough as shown in this guide for 80% furlough plus a 20% top up https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Furloughed-Employees-Paying-Salaried-Employees however, all colleagues seem to be paying much less Tax and NI than usual. I am not sure this is right but don't know why?

  Thank you for this question.

   

  I would check whether the calculated payment type has been configured to be taxable, NIC-able, pensionable and/or qualifying - the configuration of the payment type will be determined whether these payments are included in the tax calc, the NI calc and the pension calc.

   

  You can check the configuration of the payment type in the Payroll Module > Administration > Payment Types
