My pass and log in issues!
Is anyone annoyed by the fact that we are forced to use My Pass??!!!
Every time I try to log in with my username and password it gives me the message that the information is not correct. Then I'm forced to use My Pass because my Log in information is validated ONLY if I use the MY Pass option!
Why? I don't want to use MY PASS, and for sure I don't want to be forced to click too many times to log in into my account. It is beyond frustrating. It is frustrating especially because even when I work on the schedule for more than 50 employees the "idle" time is programmed to short. I get logged out all the time and forced to log in again using MY PASS. I have to do it a couple of times in the course of one or two hours.
It is so time consuming and counterproductive.
This is one of the "bugs" that really needs to be fixed.
