Login issues

Recently got a new job, and have my welcome sheet with the temporary password and account name. The Login info works fine, plugging it in sends me to the Terms and Conditions page, where I need to either accept or decline.
However, either option just reroutes me back to the Login screen. Accepting has me login once again, and declining does the same. I've tried scrolling to the very bottom and logging in then, but it still has the same issue. As this is the ONLY way to see my schedule for work, I'd appreciate it if I could get some assistance with this very annoying issue.
