Leaders Access Information from the Rating Report
There are three issues that I have with the Rating Report. (Note: Overall I love the concept, I welcome ways that we can improve Employee Work Experience)
1) There's not a way to break it up into day part. So are the night ratings bad or morning?
2) There's not a way to go back and look at past Ratings. Are we doing better over last couple of weeks? It's nice to look at trends. Are we getting bad Manger ratings every Wed? We need to have a discussion with that manager as to why that's occurring.
3) We have the Information, but it's all too broad to be able to drill down and begin to fix the issues. Maybe an anonymous comment option would be good, so we can address concerns of the team.
