It would give us more flexibility to right templates if you would add a column for 'Schedule' on the template generator. There are so many shifts that are effected by other shifts on other schedules.
For example, If I schedule one of my hourly supervisors to work the bar at lunch, then I don't need to schedule a floor manager at the same time. However those shifts are on different schedules so it is very hard to coordinate all the templates right now because you have to keep switching back and forth.
I see advantages to writing templates by schedule, but personally I would rather have the ability to right a whole template that encorporates the big picture, but in order to do that we need a column added for which schedule the shift belongs to.
This would let me right a FOH and a BOH template, instead of a Bar, Host, Server, Expo, Grill, Fry, Sautee, Prep, Dish and Manager template. I would have 2 templates to keep current and working instead of 10. It would be much easier. Also it would make it a lot clearer as to what is going on in the whole picture.
