    Hello Patrick,

    Your email needs to be confirmed, so we can assist resetting your password.
    Your Manager can also view your email, to send you an email to confirm.

    If you open this email there will be a link in it you can click on to confirm this is your email address. When you click on the link you will be taken to the login page. At that point you can click on the "Forgot Username or Password" link and put in your email on the next screen. You will then be sent an email with your username and a link to reset your password.
