This is feedback I received from a client who used to use Homebase.
I really need alerts to come into my employees an hour or two or the day before their shift. They are very used to having this and I just assumed that I would receive this with Hot Schedules as well. It seems like a no brainer.The other one is some kind of an alert of when my employees are not showing up for their shifts on time. If I am not at the store I am not finding this out in time. We were able to program a 10 minute alert or 20 minute alert or whatever it was we wanted with our previous program.
I want to know what is being done to move in that direction of the employer getting an alert when the employee does not clock in on time. Instead of just getting an answer. I would like to know what is being done about it and if you can get this feature added and how soon?
Also I had to change the schedule of an employee when I was away from my computer yesterday. Today it created some problems when somebody else thought someone was coming in at a certain time when I had switch the schedule however I was not near my computer to change it through website and wanted to change it on my phone. My previous application of Homebase allows you to touch the name on your phone in the app and update the schedule right there. I would like to know what’s being done to allow employers to also change the schedule times on the app and how soon this is going to be a feature.
