    Hello Jessica,


    While being able to filter by a custom date range is not currently a function of the software we appreciate the feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience. I would be glad to submit an enhancement/modification request to our Product Team on your behalf. These requests are reviewed and prioritized quarterly. We always welcome feedback to improve our products.

    In regards to the long load times. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce the issue you are experiencing which leads me to believe it might be a browser isolated issue.


    However, I have a few troubleshooting steps you can try in order to correct this.


    1st - Verify you are using the most current version of your browser.


    2nd - Try clearing all your cookies, cache, and temporary internet files. You can do this by holding down Ctrl, Shift and Delete at the same time > a new window will give you the options to clear out the browsing history. Then close the window out and open up a new window.


    3rd - Confirm you do not have a pop-up blocker installed for HotSchedules.com. After this is complete, please restart your browser.


    You may also try using a different browser on your computer. We always recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.


    If the problem persists, please let me know and we'd be happy to further troubleshoot.
