A feature that creates a template with team members and the shifts for individual team members that can be created and saved and posted when needed.
Currently there is not a feature that will allow me to create a master schedule. I use set schedules for my team members that we run for 3-4 month periods. Is there a feature that can be created that will assign team members with shifts that I can go back and post once created with out having to worry about what shift changes where made? Currently the template feature just creates shifts that we would have to go plug in. If my managers copy and paste I tend to see someone getting frustrated due to having a shift added to their schedule because they picked up for someone in the prior weeks and now get it stuck on them. I am currently having my team post the schedules, run an extended schedule report to reference to edit as needed when the go to post further out. The issue is that with trying to reference the paper to the computer is not always 100% and I still see mistakes made. Just looking for a little ease in the function to reduce stress for managers and team members and create a culture where people are not afraid to pick up and the shift get stuck with them.
